@BenganJ

We've been talking about this for four days and still no luck! I hope I'll come to a conclusion soon. But like you said, we'll keep trying!

@therobloxians1119

We were there when you got FPS=30 almost all the time, just set r_vsync "2" in config.cfg
and in NPI set Vertical Sync to Use 3D application setting. I just wanted to test one extra
alternative. Check out your own video mate.

I have a few questions:
1. In game, how would I know it is working? Can someone send screenshots in game of what it supposed to look like?
2. Can I use it with graphics mods like Grimes Summer mod, Feal Environment, etc?

@BenganJ

Hi and sorry for taking that long with the report.
So overall there is definately an improvement and trees are rendering much farther. You can steel see an occasional tree slowly showing up but I guess these are the limitations of the engine.

@BullCarriage

1. Find powerlines going along and crossing the road, they should be in one piece if all works, not in small increments.
2. Yes, this scheme has mostly to do with antialiasing, AA, which removes jagged edges from the scene. Add any graphics mod you like.

@Dido

Good to hear mate.Enjoy the game then!

@BenganJ

Sorry I wasn't able to talk about the AA yesterday. We'll continue it today. I've applied the settings you've asked me to use. I'm uploading that video right now.

EDIT: Here it is:

Its looks fine to me.

Keep in mind, also that youtube videos are a real bad "test" to show other people.
They are compressed videos and all the tiny details are lost in the process, thats why you never see shimmering and other problems when people
post youtube videos about ETS2. Thats why most people will see ayoutube video and say "it looks amazing!" lol.

And dont forget the other most impostant thing, this scheme also removes 75% of the shimmering!!! that is a vital part of the use of npi for me.
If i had proper AA but still so much shimmering i wouldnt be playing the game anyways.

I've had no problems with this for a while now. Apart from a little dithering/shimming sort of effect on the front of RTA's Mack Superliner.
