Sorry mate, but I've already told you, I DO NOT use G-Sync, so you will have to take
it with clear F1 and any other person chiming in.
I can understand..but the same effect I have, when I disabled G sync and free sync
and monitor connected with HDMI port

Can you please tell me the difference between stuttering/rubber banding /lagging?

Mate, in spite of which damn graphics card you have, my GTX1660Ti or yours RTX3080
this damn game ONLY uses ONE SINGLE core. Go figure. The bottleneck is probably NOT
in the GPU, but the CPU! I have my non G-Sync Frame Rate Limiting settings at 30, to
be able to get a smooth experience, because the game can't get me constant FPS otherwise!

@t2patel

Following the pattern from clear F1 with G-Sync used, you will have to set monitor refresh rate
to 120Hz and then use Vertical Sync in NPI set to 1/3 Refresh Rate!

@t2patel

Or as a better alternative, with your more powerful RTX card, keep the monitor at 144Hz
and then same setting of Vertical Sync in NPI to get an FPS=36!

Grandpa..You are great.

I have tested as per below
The same setting of clear F1
Monitor refresh rate is 144 hz.
In NPI V Sync 1/4
NCP and config setting as per Clear F1 only..

I am getting constant 36 FPS without single FPS drop...

There is no rubber band or stuttering effect...

Tomorrow again I will check in long run...and report.

Do you think that there will be an inferior graphic I will get in 36 FPS compare to 60 FPS? may be wrong question.

@ Clear F1
I think you should try this setting once, just to cross-check.

PS: if this will be the final setting in my configuration then don't buy new setup Grandpa for ETS 2...

Okay, looking forward to a report from a longer use. I've always claimed that the goal is to
get a stable, constant FPS for at least 95-98% of the time. I still claim that! The sad thing
is that these games, ETS2/ATS, has such an old game engine, that they can't sustain a decent
stable, constant FPS, in spite of people using damn good graphics cards!

Just wanted to say thanks.

I think I understand approximately everything thanks to you.

With the AA settings on the NPI.
t2patel is not choppy when using 36fps, Bengan is stable at 30fps.You still need to fix the fps to be 95% to 98% stable.
If you want to use G-sync, you need to have V-sync on in NCP or NPI, or a V-sync setting of 1/2 to 1/4, and in-game V-sync must be off.
However, as Bengan knows, I prefer suburban locations. Scandinavia, England, France, the outskirts of Ukraine, the north and east of Russia (Sibir, TGS, Goto Asia) can maintain a stable 60fps.
Stick to the current G-sync and NPI settings to enjoy that location.
In places with detailed maps the game ETS2 seems to lose a lot of fps.
It's not the fault of the map mods, it's the DLC maps as well.
And as Bengan says, the game does the same thing even if you have a high performance video card.

Apologies in advance for any mistakes in English. My English is sometimes misunderstood as offensive:(

EDIT:
The FPS figures used in the comments above are for 1440p, either natively or using DSR.
