A mod is missing for me, i haven't any link from polska to eastern country.

I saw this issue just now as you can see coming into Weisbaden Germany. I'm running this map combo and have the load order the same as the newest youtube video from May 26th. Anyone else seen this problem? Other than that, this map combo is great :)
