I already tried it a while ago.
This is only compatiable with Promods. It changes places and adds companies.
But I don't know if there are issues with maps outside the infulence range of EurofreshMaps/Promods. I didn't go this far.
They are really Promods Fan-boys

Dear Luke,

As long the map is paid and is no free version for it to test it will be impossible to say where the map will go in any combo

Please if you have a chance to contact the map creator and send it to me to see how we can work out a load order so the map works in Euroasia Combo.
