Stutter with owned trailer??? NOT SOLVED

I had a perfect 700km (MAPA EAA) the other day, but I couldn't stop stuttering endlessly in the UK on Promods just now. At one point I was in the stop screen for over a second. We tested it in Dortmund with a few different trailers and it was the same.
I've installed Steam and the game afresh before and that cured it, but after a while the stuttering started.

Perhaps Promods is the culpuit...I`m testing just aclean profil and add map by map......soon I add Promods and do a test drive.

I think it is serious problem of ETS2 itself, but it seems that SCS cannot fix it. It has been a well-known bug since 1.36. (I am not sure)
In fact, I drive without any steering wheel, only using keyboard, but my game still stutters when I use owned trailer.

I did a bit of testing today as the office is closed, but everywhere on the Promods combo map I get a small stutter followed by sometimes a standstill for a couple of seconds.
Today I published a video on YT using the EAA and here I had no problems at all.

Strange is that ATS has NO problems with owned trailers! Only ETS2.
I´m still testing profiles to hopefully get it solved.

Meanwhile I have this settings in ets2:

NO FFB, I use the FFB plugin by Supric!

Test protocol owned trailer:
Vanilla map: Without any stuttering

EAA Map: Without any stuttering

My big Eurasia Map Combo:

All stutter were micro stutter (about 0,2 ms...fps dropped to 30)

Big Eurasia Map WITHOUT Promods:

Poland Detail, Turkey Lite, ROEX, Tekirdag Map, Paris, Swedish Islands.

Trip from Brest to Geneva (1100 km)

NO STUTTERING

Thank you very much for all the testing you have done.
If I read you correctly, you mean that Owned trailers work well except in PM based combos?
If so, I will use a non-PM based profile.
I don't like the PM bigwigs, but the map (Scandinavia) is a good map and I will use it in the future.

Until now I have no stuttering in the big combo without Promods!
Maybe Promods is the guilty one.

But I do further testing!

EDIT:
------Next trip from Aberdeen (Scotland) to Bourges (F) 1612 km

only at 241km to drive 1 micro stutter !

I can live with it!

-------Next trip from Chelyabinsk (RU) to Karabutak (KZ) 878 km

at 814 km and at 594 km to drive micro stutter.

still acceptable

Unfortunately there were some micro stutters:

at 1905 km to drive

at 1669 km to drive

at 1405 km to drive

at 1288 km to drive

From now on with anew truck and trailer mod:

Good news!!!???!!!!

I am now doing the 2nd tour without stuttering or fps drops!
(1st tour 921km, 2nd tour 3108 km, i.e. over 4000 km without stuttering !!!!!

Without any stuttering!

The only thing I changed before the last two trips was truck and trailer mod.

Can that be the ultimate solution?
Is the trailer mod responsible for stuttering and ftp drops?
At least it looks like it.

I have the ISLAY CRAB EXPORTS skin pack too.
I didn't think I would ever use it, but I will test it again this weekend.
