Here is the worst example -- There is no connection between Rodbyhaven and Puttgarten yet the Rostock-Gedser line next to it is just fine.

Here is a list of the ferries I think are missing:
All connections to Cypress (Promods/Turkey Lite)

If it wasn't for the darn vanilla missing Putgarden-Rodbyhaven, I'd suspect it is a Vanilla issue

That's quite a lot of missing ferries mate! Are you absolutely sure you have the exact same load order? I don't seem to have those missing ferries.

EDIT: There is no such thing as a ferry from St Heller UK - Roscoff FR and the ferry is from Poti GE to Varna BL, not Burgas.

I've gone through the video and matched the order of the map loads and haven't seen a discrepancy (except I'm not using the German border mod). I have some different background files, but that shouldn't effect it, I think.

As far as I can tell, your missing Southern Def and Map file. Your also missing the ProMods assets file. Make sure to add those two! Also, move your background map to the very top of your mod manager!

Your load oder is bad as it is. You use Roex and Rusmap with no connection between them. Ferries or RC's are placed just above maps it connects, why do you have some random ferries in top of mod manager? And many others like a tone of missing files. Rusmap under Promods and so on.

Dern, I missed listing the Rusmap RoEx connection -- I added it to the listing above
I tried with 1.40 load order with ProMods thread order; I had a similar issue:
I posted it here a couple weeks back, so I decided to try this thread viewtopic.php?p=38153#p38153
Based on your comments, I'll try a different order and see if I can get any better results.

Yes, you are correct! As for RusMap below ProMods, that's not his fault. I also have RusMap below ProMods in this combo. The reason I still have it that way is because when moving RusMap above ProMods as usual, there are some missing road connections from ProMods to RusMap, which obviously you don't want. So that's why I still have RusMap below ProMods.

Well, I tried moving the two ferry files associated with the Rhodes mod (Med Expansion & Promods) to both just before Rhodes 1.0, and just before ProMods/Med Exp -- and I still have the same issue.

Most of the missing ferries are ProMods related (Cypress/Ireland/Iceland e.g.), but the missing Rodbyhaven-Puttgarten ferry disputes that...

Outside of bizarre routes due to the missing ferries, I haven't found any other issues -- it loads and connects between areas fine (for the ones I've tried). So it strictly is an issue of the ferries getting wiped out at some point in the load order.

It is a very strange issue that you are saying. I tried checking all the ferry connections that you reported were missing and all of those ferries that you listed are not missing for me. I would say to make sure that your mods are up to date with the current game version. I would also try removing your additional mods (Which I don't think will solve the problem, but still give it a try)

@Duke Crunchy Bagel Why are you using two different english city names mods for Volga?
Most of the RusMap files are on the wrong place in your load order. You also might wanna move the two SibirMap files just above the SibirMap 2 UnderSRM-File.
I don't know if Viva Malta and Mediterranean Expansion have been updated for ETS2 v1.40 yet?
About those two ferry mods: it doesn't really matter where you place them, as long as they are placed above both map mods which the ferry mod connects to.
Just remove temporarely all mods that you've placed above the background mod; first make sure your map combo works without crashes. After that, add on by one, those extra mods and check if you still don't have crashes.
The Jazzycay english files should be above the Jazzycat base files.
