probably one of the mods.

Dont use Great Steppe model2 with RusMap, not needed. Look at Normal map combo topic.

Make sure you have Great Steppe updated, is something wrong with some cities in it.

Hello, can you check my 1.39 mod load order? My maps: ProMods, RoExtended, RusMap, Southern Region Map, Poland Rebuilding. I experience crash in Ełk, Poland:

That single image doesn't show total load order. What we need is your latest game log AFTER the crash.

NEVER post the crash log, no one except SCS can interpret that one, so ONLY game log in the future, please!

EDIT: Why don't you upgrade to v1.40 and build the Normal Map Combo, based on Promods v2.52?
Then I also suggest that you buy the game, as otherwise you will probably not get any help anywhere.
