Corect, i am using the beta in ATS sience i cannot update ETS for now. I see some improvements but nothing to get excited for. We could live well without it. I did my part posting a big fuck you for SCS for their way to decide what is priority in this game. In the end we have FMOD to have echo in the tunnels (and unreal one). That's the big fuzz.
We will have this shitshow to have better sunrises. Who gives a fuck?
This game use ONE CORE. No matter what NASA you bring on the table. I have 8 cores, 16 threads...the game use ONE. So what the hell we expect from this people? Nothin'.ITS CRISTAL CLEAR for me: SCS doesnt have the people to do something with this game, all they have are way unprepared for this. Look at beta's log: they have over 100 fixes to the map they just updated (the base one) so that's telling me what beta testers and mappers they have.

Hello
I think the problem with scs is sticking too tightly to their own engine.
And not have the right or appropriate number of coders.
These games perform worse than other games that look much better.
I know it would kill a lot of developers as well as adding fmod.
But if they added solid instructions and time before the final release, end users and developers would be happy.

I'm testing this version. When i look behind i see minecraft (world disappears in strange way) and in my cabin and in front i see alien disco (new lighting system). And when there are multiple cars and objects frame rate drops too much.
I'm playing on 4k ultra setting, but 1.39 worked perfectly . On the same system and 4k ultra settings i played witcher 3 without any problems.

Quoting Arayas: This game use ONE CORE :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

In what year are we now :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:

Yes, i have seen this in ATS also, disco lights from roads and buildings. Other than that i cannot put a finger on what is "so great" about this. I have seen Clumsy video about new beta and all the video i was like a monkey watching a banana: What the fuck changed? Except the fact you can read a newspaper outside at 10.30 PM.
Looks like dark at night is not a thing anymore. And in SCS forum SISL explained to me is "big city light polution". Dude, please!

In my testing on ATS 1.40, the nights do get pretty dark. I've been beta testing a map mod and during my first test haul missed a turn even when I had my brights on with how dark it was.

Only one core? Really? The last game I know which used only one core was Microsoft Flight Simulator X and this game was developed between 2004-2005. :laugh3:

8 year old game
I'd rather they add random police checks than the brightness of the game at the right times.
If FPS improvement is not possible.
