You have a wrong load order first of all. Put the maps in the following order.

A couple of RCs placed here.
ROEXTENDED free 2.4
RusMap 2.2.1
ProMods 2.50
Southern Region 9.0
The Great Steppe

And mind you, you need a couple of road connections too, to get it all right!

This is most certainly not a problem with the RoEx map, so this

You probably use a cracked game, or atleast cracked DLC's placed in mod folder. Subject closed.

Why trhere's no connections? I guess it's Caucasus and ROEX with SR? but I installed all files I guess...

Are you using RoEx 2.5, the free version? And which version of The Great Steppe?

RoEx 2.5 free has no connection to the SRMap and The Great Steppe 2.0 has inbuilt connection to RusMap,
so you're using wrong versions, incomplete versions or something else. To be able to help you, POST your
game log.
