All aspects can be improved. Graphics are not everything, but it is something of the most important. Judge for yourself.

Looks fine, some people will take this as updated graphics. This are usefull things also, don't get me wrong here.
But yet, your roads are empty and the AA is still missing. Is my opinion, for me is like wearing a hat, looks nice, but you need to have a head before using it. And the "head" is postponed version by version for this little things.
