[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)

Okay, that was the result I suspected we would get. So, either you go back to ATS 1.39 and use the old
profile and its save games, or you stay at 1.40OB, but get rid of the extra mods.
If you read back in this topic you will see that I many times say, that the goal is to get a stable, constant
FPS to have a smooth, non-stuttering and non screen tearing experience of the game. So YES, I still suggest
that, with a 60Hz monitor, you set r_vsync to "2" or Economic in-game plus t_averaging_window_length to
"60", double the frame limit of 30. Together with the other settings you should get quite a good experience.

I don't see any errors, but that isn't odd, as the two game logs I've got so far, first without driving and the second
EMPTY profile. You get some NET errors, but I don't think they are causing any trouble.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Thanks for Ure help with NPI for 1.40. Now finaly it works fine, crystal image and AA, and FPS at 30 fix ,.
But now it is more visible another thing:
objects, rock, trees , parked cars are changing their details as I aprooaching. For ex. a tree apeear at 1000 distance and change in form and details at 50m distance .
In ATS when driving between great rocks is "funy" to see how they change their form and details.
I have GTX 1050Ti/4Gmem - I5-8300H - 8G mem DDR4
Exists some settings for this?
I will add another 8G DDR4 to my laptop in the near future, so I'l have 16G , How will this affect FPS and game cality? (ETS/ATS)
best regards

@Paty
Start by reading [Note 5] in the first post. Raising those values will make the transition
from low res textures to high happen further away, making them unnoticeable. There
are others too regarding grass and trees, but those are harder to fix.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Another question, I know I ask a lot
I want to install npi
Where I will put the file after I set the aa and settings,
And will that be better for fps because I will be using 100% scaling

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
You have to apply the NPI settings and then your GPU will have it !!
Right above in the window there is the apply botton!

I made the mod with
# Currently we use:
#
# - first lod class for trees.
# - second lod class for grass (detail vegetation).
#
# Note:
# Make sure that (end - start) distance for grass
# is not higher than end/9.0 for proper lod fading.
leaves_lod_start: (980.0, 980.0, 980.0)
leaves_lod_end: (990.0, 990.0, 990.0)
but still is like I have a wall in front of mee at aprox 50m that change environment details , road margins , etc. but not all ... some are changed some no
just the trees are changed all with new detailed skin as I approach

What file are you talking about? Setting Scaling to 100% will give you higher FPS,
BUT the calculations to get good AA are costly, so using that will Lower the FPS
again, BUT with a higher quality graphics.
