Yes, I had to learn that the hard way, searching the whole area, not finding the place. Sometimes ............!

No invisible wall there, probably a load order problem for you to deal with!
Or maybe incompatible versions of SibirMap and TGS.

None. There were some years ago, a mod with modified railings (crash barriers) having a bad collision set. But today...i dont think so. like Bengan said, it may be a load order problem, or a map version problem....many of them with confusing versions name/numbers.

Why not try the combo map Arayas has made, here: viewtopic.php?p=32492#p32492
If you still get problems, post your latest game log!

EDIT: My road network looks different than yours, mine is like this.

Do you have Road to Aral in your combo, remove it!
