I put it in between SZM and Rusmap Map Package and the mod has worked for me

Out of a sudden, it works. Don't ask me why, it started to work. ETS sure got a mind of its own. :)

By the way, what is the meaning of road colors(i.e. red, green, yellow, blue) in the first post? Of course there is a legend on the image but it is written in Russian language.
