[W.I.P.][REL] KOREAN city names for some maps

Folks!!!

For the next version, my mods will be changed into 'LOCALE' mods, instead of modifying sii(or sui) files directly.

Thanks to 'wik412', I made some Locale mods for some maps(i.e. EuRoadNet or RoExtended etc...) and tested them.

The result was quite successful. They work well, but there are some issues that I have to handle.

Maybe they will take some times for release. I don't know when they are released exactly, but don't worry! I will update them as soon as possible.

Hi there!!
Finally I've solved the CTD issues of my mod, and currently I'm working on Language Locale mod for ROEX and Turkey.
(English, Korean, Romanian and Russian will be available.)
Maybe I will release my new mod after the OFFICIAL update of ROEX or Turkey. lol
