UPDATE:
Just bought the APP and it works with the phone posted on a plastic support just with the light of the monitor (no room lights) using the frontal camera.
Of course, the settings on OpenTrack must be tweaked for this.
The procedure is the same, just for tracker use UDP SENDER not FREEPIE UDP receiver.
DIFFERENCE: (as my friend Bengan asked) 6 DOF!!

Yep, that's another solution I've been looking up, this one for opentrack
and another made by the creator of FaceTrackNoIR called FacePoseApp,
both for Android and iOS. There's also one called OSC there to change
your phone to a headtracking device!

Everything is described in the first post! Read up again and ask if something isn't
clear for you!

EDIT: You use OPENTRACK program to receive the UDP packets from FreeIMU
and output the freetrack 2.0 enhanced protocol to the game!

Hello , I managed to connect the smoothtrack app to opentrack software in the pc but there is a little delay(latency)and I also connected the phone to the PC wired network using Gnirehtet but still there is a little delay.
My phone is Galaxy A8 2018 and the camera is 30fps and not 60fps, what to do to solve the latency ? it is very annoying

What about your WiFi network speed? Could also be a bottleneck!
