Where did the images go? Please repost the images and also your latest game log! Are you running the

First try the following:
in your config.cfg file edit as follows.
uset r_buffer_page_size "10"
uset r_buffer_page_size "30"

in Steam Launch Options, add these startup arguments.
-64bit -nointro -unlimitedlog -mm_pool_size 4000 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
