@dactyl
Hi and welcome! You are using what is corresponding to a Single Monitor when using VR,
so test with the multimonitor_config.sii for a Single Monitor! And please report back here
about your achievements!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
the "fantastic" SSAO implementation by SCS in final version 1.38 just makes my PC drop from 60FPS to 30FPS instantly...
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Hello guys! Does SSAO work if I use the AA method through the NVIDIA Inspector? Cause I tried on and off the SSAO and I see no difference whatsoever to the game. I am talking about 1.38 stable on ATS..

@black-coffee & @yiannis
I haven't had time yet to test SSAO, either the NPI version or the SCS version on 1.38 final,
but what I've seen on the OB there seem to be some sort of collision between the two ways
of implementations. Using NPI I have had a very smaller effect of both implementations,
compared to what SCS has published and as I use NPI I have only tested both with keeping
Scaling at 100%. I hope to get some time now to test this more thoroughly and will get back
with the result. TheClumsyGeek had a similar effect when he tested it directly after release
of SSAO.

On my rig it is about 10 fps: from 105 to 95. Difference between High and Disabled.black-coffee wrote: ↑July 14th, 2020, 11:23 amthe "fantastic" SSAO implementation by SCS in final version 1.38 just makes my PC drop from 60FPS to 30FPS instantly...

Hold your horses! High level SSAO can be hard on system, but that's why SCS implemented
several levels to choose from. And right now we don't know how NPI and it's AO version can
have an impact on e.g. FPS drops.

@BenganJ - First post update?
[3b] According to the findings by JHTrucker you can also try these settings in the config.cfg file, which will make an in-game proper V-Sync at many different levels, depending on which level of FPS you can achieve in game. [New March 31st 2020]
Not to be used in conjunction with a gsync or freesync monitor. <--- ADD THIS?

@JHTrucker
Sounds right and now executed!
Edit: In my config.cfg there's this setting,
but it's not documented on the SCS Modding Wiki!
Do you know what it can be?
