I see you have TSM prefab fix, and load order seems fine. I see many companies errors and this can't be the problem of other maps than RusMap conflicting with Baltic DLC. TSM dosnt have Baltic companies but ROEX is already using many of those, therefore the crash adding ROEX. I dont know what map fix you are using i know i have one by Brainiac found here
