Now I recall that I had to delete the gas station small folder in '06_TSM_1.34_prefab&more.scs'
the folder gas_small!!!! Try that instead! Sorry, senile old man you know! :D

I see you have TSM prefab fix, and load order seems fine. I see many companies errors and this can't be the problem of other maps than RusMap conflicting with Baltic DLC. TSM dosnt have Baltic companies but ROEX is already using many of those, therefore the crash adding ROEX. I dont know what map fix you are using i know i have one by Brainiac found here

Now I`ll test it with a new profile name, cause former I used the same profile name, which was combined with many mods.

Mate, one more thing I forgot, not only is it gas_small that is a problem and is fixed by the TSM_Prefab_Fix.scs,
I also deleted the gas_small_road to avoid crashing. Maybe someone can incorporate that in the fix too or just
make a new fix. I have it just deleted for now.
