YKSRSK-Southern Region road connection

YKSRSK has already been re-scaled, so that won't happen. There will probably be new
versions of the two SRMap - YKSRSK RC's by Arayas resp. Sergey061, re-connecting the
two maps again. If we are lucky though, there might be some corrections to YKSRSK
at the very eastern part, Baku e.g., but that will be pure bonus stuff! :D

Well, I hope that bonus will come out... In the other hand i know how hard to do such stuff since YKSRSK is not a small map mod. So why not a creating a team for such stuff. I am one of the possible candidates for that :D

In the first post of this topic there's still a link to the first version of this RC,
but at the main site under Roadconnections, the link points to version 2 one.
Sorry about this delayed report, but it just happened that I wanted to try both
this RC and Sergey's checking for latest version of yours.
