I see your videos, but I don't get it pure logically. How can a SCS model reference a DDS-file
in the RoEx files in the Baltic (SCS) map area when the respective DDS-files is in the totally
different paths!?????? :o

@Arayas

Have you in any way incorporated that building into your map and modified it, so that now
also the SCS reference to that model gives your version? If not, I'll bail out of this case, 'cause
then I'm a stupid darn idiot that can't think logically! :roll: :oops:

I have seen indeed Promods having the same situation https://promods.net/viewtopic.php?p=251169#p251169
But Kreti proved it's something wrong with new concrete texture. I will see about that.

Then I would say it's neither 'no mipmaps', 'wrong compression' of the DDS-files, they are exact same size as SCS's!
Corrupt TOBJ file is more suspect if you edited them with Notepad++, that I've seen before! BUT STILL, how on earth
can SCS's own model refer through a TOBJ file in RoEx that is in another path than the original??? Beats at least my
logic!

EDIT: BTW, where's the .mat file, is it an 'automat' one? Can that be the problem? :?:

No, it's simply the dds file. They changed something in the game engine. Remember my custom trailers looking good and all of the sudden looking ugly? Same dds?
Tobj files in Notepad++ are bullet proof if you do it without changing the number of the characters in the path.

Okay, but can you please enlighten me about the logic whenever you feel you

Maybe the MAT from ETS has the same name as the one in ATS, and this way is sending all models with ETS concrete to ATS concrete.
This is my case, but Promods had that problem with edited ETS concrete, so something was changed in the game.

so where do those MAT-files live, in /automat somewhere?

They are in automat, otherwise what i've said never makes sense if they are elsewhere

Hello,

I am joining in. Many thanks again for the 2.1 and your hard work.. I have much to explore now. Since I am actually in Georgia I have to find a new tour that brings me to SR by using this very very good made beautiful Road connection made by you and Sergej together. It Looks fantastic, the road is less curvy, but still a good mountain road, and if wanted the adventure path is there too..

A very good thing is that road connection to Russmap.. But I am not sure, is it not very close to the restricted Area of tchernobil?? Hopefully I will not get too much radiation by driving there.. ;)

Well I haven't explored your Romania so I have much to drive at your map. And if I understood right you made some improvements by using the new models from Btbs so there will something new even where I already was..
Will be great fun!

By the way
Do you have knowledge about menu music files in ETS2?
I wanted to edit one. They are in ogg format. I saved the edited file by same name and as ogg file again, but in the game it will not played. In windows with Winamp for example it works.!?
