JHTrucker, also can you make the right screen view a little bit more zoomed out ?I think it's too much zoomed in to the right mirrors..
I can't change the zoom on the right screen because it's 1 image spread across 2 monitors.

@clear F1

Where do you get 20 FPS? On which map and where?

Triple Monitor AA setup with reduced left/right monitor angles (Updated 10/03/2021).

Updated for "improved" image connections.

Standard game generated triple file has side angles of 45 degrees and therefore so do my Triple.AAv5 files.
The attached file contains folders for 33.75, 22.5 & 11.25 degrees.
Within them are folders for FOV 50, 55, 60, 65 & 70.
Just use the multimon_config.sii file with the angle and FOV you require.

If you see a vertical black line between the images on screenshots and it bothers you, then do this:
Edit the file to move the left and right image to slightly overlap the centre image.

monitor_config : _nameless.Left.AA {
name: left
normalized_x: 0.000000 <-- 0.000300

monitor_config : _nameless.Right.AA {
name: right
normalized_x: 0.666666 <-- 0.666366

Important note:
Set in game F4 FOV slider to 40 to ensure full vertical
movement, even though it shouldn't affect the view it
does prevent you looking down if left on a high value!

The attached low quality pic is just to illustrate the difference.
The pic 1 is standard Triple.AAv5 with FOV 60 on all monitors.
The pic 2 is this new Triple.AAv5 Reduced angles file 33.75 with Center FOV=60.
The pic 3 is this new Triple.AAv5 Reduced angles file 22.5 with Center FOV=60.
The pic 4 is this new Triple.AAv5 Reduced angles file 11.25 with Center FOV=60.

@clear F1 - Did you "clean" install Nvidea drivers when installing your new RTX2070?

@clear F1

So you ticked to get a clean install, something you have to do!
I don't get any problems driving around in that city! And mind
you, I have lower capacity hardware on all fronts compared to
you!

@clear F1 - I'm not sure the RTX2070 is a massive update from GTX1070.
Here on Guru3d review you can see, for example, GTA V max fps at different resolutions.
3480x2160 - 61 fps vs 48 fps.

@clear F1

Please, create a new profile in ETS2 and put ONLY Roex2.6 beta in there and test at the same location!
Same result?
