Nope, I can't see any misconfiguration. Just for the record, are you running at
native resolution of 2560x1440@143Hz on your monitor? Let me think about this
and see if I can remember in what situation I saw that flimmering phenomenon!

Short but vital question! You have installed the correct multimon_config.sii file for your
monitor setup and it is placed where it should be, the same place as where you found
the config.cfg and game.log.txt files? Sorry, I never know when to stop! :D

Yep, I used the first link for single monitors and placed it in the main ets2 folder.

EDIT: Well, nothing has popped up in my mind yet, but can you verify that you
get that effect in an empty profile, just using SCS Vanilla game?

Unfortunately yes, I've just tried with graphics mods disabled then all mods disabled and the problem persists.

Okay, then we have one more piece in the puzzle. It must have something to do with
the scheme in this topic. Hopefully forum member JHTrucker will pop in here. He often
has a good knowledge about these kind of oddities! I will think some more too!

BTW, can you disable the Frame Rate Limiter v3 in NPI and then do Apply changes and test!
