Thanks for digging that out, the problem is similar but not quite the same I think. Also I have only used the A7F AA compatibility, which seems to be the solution there.

The effect I'm getting is more like tiny christmas lights everywhere. I'm trying to get a video uploaded at the moment.

Yes, I have seen that phenomenon too at some point. Could you please post the game log from
that run of the game?

Sorry, not too familiar with game logs. Is it game.log in the main ets2 folder?

Yes, in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, there you'll find game.log.txt file! Post here or through
pastebin.com if it's too big! Or any other such service out there.
