@Drift_91 & @konluk2005 &@Arayas

I have a ASUS GTX1660Ti, am using OBS mostly to record and I have NO problems doing that using the scheme
from the first post and even using Nvidias DSR on top of that to achieve a running and recording resolution of
2560x1440 at 60hz refreash but in game sync'ed to 30 Hz. In my signature you have a link to my YouTube videos,
so there you can see what quality I get.

Drift_91, you tell us very little actually about your environment in the game to start with, so to be able to analyze
what you get it would be nice to get the following from you.
1. Your latest game log.
2. A screenshot of the uppermost part of NPI, if you use that.
3. A short recorded video where you drive at a location where one can see power lines and also a city environment.

konluk2005, can you please give us the same, i.e. if you need help with what you have now!

From you I only need the latest game log and the screenshot of NPI,
so ZIP them together and attach to your next post here!

@konluk2005

Oh, you had MANY things wrong, my friend. I'll start by listing a couple of them already now.
I might come back later with more. Actually I would like you to start from scratch again, but
first try to correct these things first and check if you get a better result.
1. You have NO antialiasing activated, as you haven't set the compatibility bits in NPI.

Code: Select all

Antialiasing compatibility (DX1x) ------------------ '0x80000A7F
2. Then you have totally wrong Steam Launch Options and as far as I can see you have 8GB memory.

Code: Select all

You have:
-64bit -unlimitedlog -mm_max_resource_size 1024000 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1024000 -mm_pool_size 8192 -maxMem=8192 -nointro
You SHOULD have:
 -64bit -nointro  -unlimitedlog  -mm_pool_size 4000 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
3. I would also recommend you to set the following in your config.cfg file and see if that will make it easier for your GPU.

Code: Select all

uset r_vsync "2"
Please, do these changes and report back here about the result!

Just make a copy/paste of the pattern after selecting what's in there.
You WON'T find that value in the list, so double click that field and paste
in a copied correct value!
