It's the one from the link on Wombat's Eurasia-Video.

EDIT: I downloaded it again and it's the DLC version. Don't know if me or Wombat got something wrong but it's irrelevant. Everything seems to work now.

Try using one of the two first background mods in the topic linked to below, depending if you like a satellite BG or a SCS style BG.
They both include a correct Zoom mod, so if you already have one activated, get rid of it. Please, report back if problem persist.

My suspicion is that it won't help, since last night it still worked flawlessly, now I just got the map with the rusmap add-on. So if I use what you linked to, where do I put it in the mod manager?

It's not a wallpaper, it's a World Map background and mind you, you should place it at the top
of the Mod Manager, read all about it at the topic I linked to! And please, report back here on
how it went!
