There's plenty of those out there! Horrible sites, allowing that kind of stuff,
but I have only one advice! KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN AND CHECK UPLOADER!
If the uploader doesn't look as if it's the creator, DON'T DOWNLOAD!

Of course our dialog started when Cloudflare was willing to restrict his site on their distribution.
Cloudflare is like a VPN for site hosting, but when notified, they are providing the real host pretty fast, they dont want to be responsable for anything. So...
