I started the game now but it's 60fps.
Saved NPI and checked load Vsync settings.
OK Use the 3D application setting

If you have done what I said the OSD should display 30fps, but skip Steam overlay,
disable it and use GeForce Experience one instead. Same config place as Shadowplay,
but for the HUD!

It is also displayed. It does not appear in videos and images, but it is 60 fps.
steam OSD is turned on for attached files, but it is usually off.

Have you set V-Sync in NCP too? If not I want you to give me
in a ZIP config.cfg file together with NPI settings again.
