@BenganJ

1. In NPI set Frame Rate Limiter to 'Off'.
2. In NPI set Vertical Sync to 'Force on'.
3. In NPI set Vertical Sync Tear Control to 'Adaptive'.
4. In-game set Vertical synchronization to 'Disabled'

I ran Dortmund with these settings, but I think it was very smooth and my worries have been resolved. (No stuttering, no screen tearing)

EDIT:
It does not exceed 60Hz (60fps).

Good to hear that it works for you! That is the whole point with it, to limit
the frame rate to the refresh rate of the monitor, without flipping the rate
when below the refresh rate! That takes away some stuttering they say! :D

Everthing now setup in my new gaming room/office. And the new hardware is fantastic! :D

I have read through all the posts made during my down time and note that other some very good work and updates to the first post - using ReShade still seems to be the remaing issue :(

However you asked in a more recent post you requested some testing and feedback on using adaptive vsync. I don't need to do any testing as I was using adaptive vsync until change in hardware (now have GSync monitor).
So I can report that I found it fairly effective in reducing episodes of stuttering. Lose a few frames per sec with vsync instant drop to half your monitors reresh rate. With adaptive just those few fps loss. However with a large drop, say from 60 (refresh rate) to 40 there will be a stutter. So adaptive works well with a small drop or even a progressive drop in frame rates. But no system can cope with a sudden large frame rate drop without you noticing it. That even applies to Gsync!

For the record I use GSync On with VSync and Low Latency set to Ultra in NPI. These are current Nvidia recomendations and works very well indeed in ets2 (haven't tried any well else as yet).

Thanks for your report on Adaptive Sync! I used it in the DX9 days, so I
knew that it is good to have. I envy you G-Sync though! Too many monitors
are for Freesync, I think!

EDIT: I will write up a note on the Frame Rate Limiter subject and add it to
the first post!

Intresting topic. But i don't have AA in game, in middle and far distance it looks like it is to sharp. So i put down the sharpness, no luck. Still the same.

Any idea? Maybe my card is a old-timer (GTX980)?

Please, tell us what kind of sharpening you have configured! If lowering it
doesn't help, disable it and see if that satisfy you! You also say that you
have NO AA in the game, what does that mean? If we should be able to
help, please try and be a bit more specific!

I lowered the sharpening in NPI and it is still to sharp (on my screen) If you look at my screenshot in my previous post it looks like it isn't to sharp. If i disable the sharpness in NPI it is to blury. I have also checked al the Q&A and done them 1 by 1. And it looks like i have no AA (see again my screenshot i previous post).
