@Arayas & @hasteflex

Please try out these tips one at a time, so that we might be able
to inform others what the problem actually is.

@hasteflex
In your log, but won't fix AA...
\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe -64bit -nointro -unlimitedlog -mm_pool_size 4000-mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
You need a gap "-mm_pool_size 4000>>>> <<<<<-mm_max_resource" in startup.
"-mm_pool_size 4000 -mm_max_resource"
Thanks..have corrected this

Also, AO & 32XS isn't the basic settings from step 1... but you shouldn't have an issue with them i guess.
I see this in config's from here -> uset r_nv_stereo_mode "2" but mine is "0". Perhaps i just set 0 some time ago?
What about GFE in nvidia driver, i never install it, have you and is it set be an overlay / record etc?
Have tried all the AO settings from 4x, 8x etc with no success
Also do not have GFE installed but updated the nvidia drivers to 442.19 in last days

@hasteflex

Using ASUS GPU Tweak to overclock or just because you have an ASUS card?
Steam overlay?

@hasteflex

Okay, but all these are small utilities that hook into the game and are
sometimes "colliding" with one another, so think if you have something
like that on your machine!

BTW, have you tested to re-associate the EXE file to the NPI profile?

@Arayas & @hasteflex

Do you have several ETS2 installations on the machine? I know Arayas
might have, but does he have that on both his machines? DAMN, this
is odd!

No overlay in game, GFE uninstalled, on PC i have a clean and fresh install. I've changed the monitor with a 4k TV, same simptoms.
The only way to have some reasonable AA is scaling 400% and 32 AA but that's killing my FPS. My 1660 it's on its way. I will see then.

@Arayas

Thanks! Probably there's not one single solution to both of yours problems,
even if that would be optimal. I'm curious as hell what it can be! And the
AA you get is from the 400%, so it can not be good!

I also did the re-associate to eurotruck2.exe file to the NPI profile

Also I'm only running one ETS2 programme
