Ah, so you went for 800% instead! Gives you a clearer virtual mirror! :lol:

My drive through San Francisco. All settings mentioned in this thread except for lod changes (left on default) and sharpening (too sharp for me), LOD Bias 0 (also unnaturally sharp for me when set to 1000 or more), 4 x multisampling + 4 x SGSS. All on ultra, smaa and DoF off, 2560 x 1440, 60 fps. There's some stuttering before Golden Gate, but that's due to the recording/upload process, but I'm having rock solid 60 fps anywhere on the map. including Mexico so far. Also uset r_sun_shadow_texture_size "8192" - thanks JHTrucker.

@Jarinage

That is really looking good! But, can you clarify a couple of things you say about your settings?
1. "sharpening (too sharp for me)" Does that mean you have it Off totally or Nvidia Default 0.50?
2. "LOD Bias 0 (also unnaturally sharp for me when set to 1000 or more)" For 4x AA the recommended is Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX) --- '-1.0000',
you mention 1000! I hope you mean 1.000, but it should also be negative. From the video My impression is blurriness, which might come from you
setting this to 0.000! You will e.g. get much clearer distant sign with -1.000!

@BenganJ & RHTrucker

I would prefer that there was only one location for guidance and support - HERE! :D

Therefore I will edit the first Steam forum post to encourage Steam users to visit here and not supply any further there. In any case I will shortly be off line for a day or so whilst relocation and replacement of telephone and broadband lines (to fiber). And with other matters going on as well, will not be able to provide support in any case!
