Creating a southern route from Dnipro does not work. :(
RoEx25 + DLC Combo.
What's wrong?

I drove from Kherson to Dnipro and didn't have that problem, but what if you
add an "Avoid location" on the not wanted route. Does that work?

I actually ran the southern route, but it was difficult to turn the southernmost right. I re-created the video only for that part.
I can't update YT tomorrow. :(

To the right on the UI map you have Add new avoid location, try using that!

UPDATE

Yes, Clear F1 was right. One prefab rejects traffic and there goes the entire spaghetti intersection. A bug in prefab making perhaps?
the area was deleted and rebuilted. Thanks for the report.
