@Tapir

The only difference is the graphics card.
All manufacturers are the same. :D
.....
First I had a look at a AMD Ryzen, but then I decided to buy an Intel. ;)

@bogdac

Nice, as you already have seen I have restarted video recording at a high rate
after this fell in place and I understand that you haven't got time yet to make
one of your own as you have been busy watching mine! :lol: :lol: :lol:

@Road Runner

Do we know which German forum this compatibility bits surfaced?

In fact I think it really originated in guru3d by GuruKnight, 5 years ago! - see link below, scroll down to the 9th post.

https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/nvidi ... 6/page-137

To bring you uptodate - I have tested a number of Rain graphic mods. No success with rain in cab. Also Volvo FH Speedo panel mod, same result.
Have now switched fro FXAA shade to your recommendation, SmartSharp. Thank you, works very well indeed. :D

Have also upgraded to MSAA x 8 and SGSSAA x 8 (LOD to 1.5). Sugest a trial - see what you think.

@Road Runner

Thanks for the info! That guru3d topic is huge, been there, but my eyes hurt after a while perusing
that vast amount of info! :lol: Regarding a higher level of AA, from 4x to 8x, was not giving any big
effect in DX9. Would you say you see the difference clearly? I'll test it though! Yes, Smart_Sharp is
a good one, I've used it for long and now I even use it with Nvidia's Sharpening in combination.

If you would give it a test, for me it seems just a little better and there is no performance loss. I run in vsync at 60 with no problems. I will continue to test.

For me it looks also better. I give that a further test. ;) ;) ;)

Edit:
GPU Temp: 60° at 60FPS : fine, cause over 60° only GPU fan is active :D

Edit 2:
Now we only have to get fixed the sunshine and rain issue and then the game runs perfect. :D
