John, that is more than adequate for dealing with the Nvidia Profile Inspector!
But, as I've already started to write on a step by step procedure to get NPI
(Nvidia Profile Inspector) up and running, I recommend that you wait for those
instructions, which will be inserted in the first post in this topic, pretty soon
now! Is that ok with you?

All other settings are Nvidia card original

Two questions, at least!

1. Do you REALLY have a value of -10000 for texture filtering -Lod bias (DX)?????
It should be -1.0000 !
2. Which version do you have of the Nvidia Graphics Driver?
