Do you happen to know why? Tell me what happened, we might get it done in the end!
To start with, do you have a Nvidia card? Which model? Which version of Nvidia Profile
Inspector did you use? What's your monitor resolution, hopefully matched by the same
configured in game? Well, from that short statement you got us, we just have many,
many unanswered questions! You won't get anywhere without asking, thereby getting
answers, so fire away mate!!!! :D

I have a crappy GeForce 610M. Maybe that's the issue. For now, ETS runs okay... relatively.

That sentence just told me you've got a pretty low end card.
Sorry mate, I need a lot more info on what you did to be able
to tell you what you should have done instead or NOT done at
all, maybe also what you needed to do, but which you not even
thought of doing! But it's your choice mate! :D
