If I am not wrong, the first one includes the second one. Try without the
second one and see if that helps.

The only other differences between yours and my profile map wise is
that you use Promods v2.42, I use v2.41 and also you have PM_EMDEN
map, I have not!

EDIT: Also, try moving TexFix4 to right above SwedishIsland Map, otherwise
it can interfere with the NEXT-GEN textures.

EDIT2: I have just learned that PM_EMDEN is INCOMPATIBLE with Promods v2.42!!!

where it says:

BAB31 Extension to Emden aka Emden ProMods Addon 1.02c(Incompatible with ProMods 2.42!!!)*

So, as we are running different versions of Promods, that could well be the problem here, so try
removing PM_EMDEN mod and test!

Okay, that is odd though. Maybe Arayas has a solution now that you have
posted the game log. Let's wait and see what he says! Would it be possible
for you to test to degrade Promods back to v2.41 and test?
