Oki, I really dont know, as I said i don't have that problem, but he is not speaking English, so I am trying to help him. Could you please tell me how to solve that problem? If its OpenGL problem :)

From your problem description seams he is an OpenGL. I have no solution if this is the cause.

Question. Can you ask your friend if he runs the game on Windows or MacOs or Linux?
If he's running on Windows I have an easy fix for him.

Yea, on Windows, he have DX12, but its not problem in my eyes, cuz you can choose DX version before game launch on Steam...at least I can choose between "base", DX 9 and DX 11, whitch is experimental.

If i understand him right, he is able to run game in DX9 not in DX11, but he is maybe using an map, that dont support DX11. I have asked him, waiting for his answer.

If he can't run the game in DX11 mode, he probably run an older version of the game.
Can you ask him which version of ETS2 he is running and even better, ask him if you
can get a game log from him to post here? Then we can determine all the info from
that.

Just a small bug I found. In Serbia, heading south on the E-77, right before the junction where you turn right to go to Nis, there is a direction road sign from Norway that has Stavanger & Haugosund on it. Not a major problem, just thought I'd let you know it's there. Absolutely loving driving on this map too.
