Nothing is altering skyboxes. The loading screen is modified by Promods this is why looking strange.
The roextended mod is overwritting the promods loading screens... and they did look just fine a few days back, dunno what changed. Anyways will test everything again in 1.36 soon.

Wrong. Roextended add loading screens to the game. The loading screens are not overwriting eachother, for your info. The game pick one from all loading screens available.
Promods edited the resource file for loading screens for their logo. I did the same thing for Roex2.3 reverting back the abomination. Load just ROEX and see for yourself.

You are probably right, im not saying you are not, im just trying to figure out why before it was all fine (i didnt reinstall promods or anything for the matter) and now it isnt lol. I kept the same load order the only thing i did was to reinstall roextended 2.2 and textfix. Removing texture fix from the game also didnt change anything so yeah, at this point im clueless, im not worried about the loading screens.. im concerned about the sun showing huge on the skybox, it doesnt seem to affect the overall shadow casting and illumination but it just looks completely terrible.

But i will keep it here, dont want to derail this topic anymore. Im still testing on 1.36 (reinstalling mods one by one to see compatiblity) and still didnt reach map mods, we will see then.

Thanks.

It has ~800mb because it has almost any road and terrain textures from many maps.

Yesterday, I moved Texfix4 to the top of the map mod. However, I feel that light and dark flicker has increased. Previously, it was placed above the Graphics Mod. Which is correct?

Place it under graphic modes. In this way the vanilla textures edited by the graphic mod will shown as the creator intended.
As for TEXFIX is not bulletproof, i just saw few flickering road textures in Southern Region, but for the next version of the game they have to clean their map. Tex fix will be no longer supported, because in 1.36 road and terrain textures have more atributes and TEXFIX may crash your game.
