'Clear Map View' with optional 'plain' background theme.

For ATS or ETS2 1.45, but should work with any game version (Currently using it on ETS2 1.41 for example).
01/11/23 - v2.0 - Fixed missing wave texture that SCS removed or renamed in some newer game version.
Who needs to see their truck spinning around with swirling coloured waves when all you want to do is look at the world map...
The attached mod removes the background theme when you select the world map from the driving screen.
It will therefore also work with any map mod/combos you use. There's no map/menu file edits, so it's unlikely to break with game updates, hence why it should work with any game version and any map mod for either game. It shouldn't matter where you place the mod in your mod manager list.
1: Selecting the world map from the menu screen will always display your chosen background theme behind it. Game default.
2: Selecting the world map from the driving screen will now remove the background theme to make it easier to read.
Note: If you use "World Background Maps", to have a more real looking map, then this mod will still remove that annoying background theme.
For example, I don't use these, but this pic was taken from the first post of the "World Background Maps" topic and as I can see the truck and waves through the map it clearly spoils the view. Fix that with this mod!
Note: The "fixed" image is just an edited version of the original just to show how it will look in game.
In the 'gameplay' menu you'll see 4 new 'desktop background themes'.
1: New 'Moving Truck - Black Background'. Instead of 'waves' background.
2: New 'Moving Truck - Waves Background'. Similar to game default 'waves'.
3: New 'Static Truck - Black Background'.
4: New 'Blank'. The mod uses this to prevent the background theme from displaying on the driving screen world map.
5: Your available background themes.
You can choose any theme, the driving screen world map will always use the 'blank' theme.
Note: Using this mod and game versions below 1.45 you'll see this harmless yellow warning in the log:
<WARNING> [unit] Ignored unknown attribute mp_mod_optional = true
That just tells game version 1.45 and above that this mod can be used in convoy multiplayer mode.

Why can't we have the background theme removed on all map views?
From the driving screen, the game, by default, always switches to the 'waves' background theme (regardless of which background theme you've chosen) every time you select the map.
So I modified the default 'waves' background theme to not display anything.
But, from the menu screen the game always displays the world map on top of which ever background theme is being used, it doesn't switch to 'waves'.
So I use 'Static Truck - Black Background' to keep all menu backgrounds to a minimum.
