To tell the truth, I never believed my conversion would work, but it did!

Did you ever try the method I lined up, running a while with the mods all alone in own profile
with -conversion_path set? It's damn more easy if it works! To trigger the use of Jazzy's addons
one might have to add also his corresponding mods!

The method I quoted is better and much quicker for this type of mods, because you could not wait and see if the game decides to spawn all the models in traffic to convert them. Also, you would have to try one by one the mod files otherwise you would get a mess of an output folder, so it is just not feasible for a mod like this one. For lets say a truck, it would be easier to do your method.
