I know that this is going to sound confusing but do you mean the traffic mod built into the game, or the optional Traffic and bus mod that is featured on his YT page?

use just map no traffic mod not sure about bus mod do not use it
ATS Built in traffic by default seems to be ok at for as I know had no crashes.

I refered to the mod called trafico_hn.scs included in the original map archive!
