Does this connection also work with ROEX 2.4? Or am I still supposed to use a detour from Donetsk via Kharkiv, Kursk and Voronezh if I want to go to Rostov?

In RoEx 2.4 there's NO direct connection vi a RC mod, ONLY for RoEx 2.7!
