There seems to be a hotfix for southern region on their vk page.

This version is suitable for 1.40?

10.5 is for 1.41 and 10.1 is for 1.40. I doubt 10.5 will work well on 1.40.

Some SCS definitions were changed in version transition from 1.40 to 1.41 and some models needs conversion. Based on that i will say is safe to stay on the version established by the map developer.
On the other hand, those changes are not crash material (Roex is working in 1.41 with some missing models as a result) but i dont know what was used in SR so...
