EDIT: BTW: I use many maps (GMC Global Map combo) without stutter.

So do I. I use quite a bit too, but I get stutter, it's not FPS because my rig can handle it. I play on min settings and I still get the stutter...so it must be somewhere...now what it is? Not sure yet.

Im pretty sure he is talking about hiccups, not stutter. Two completely different things. Hiccups are produced by errors, bad mapping, etc. But they have nothing to do with performance wise.

About that, nothing to do with map mods. I created a save just with the map mods in the GMC load order and the game ran smoothly. There was an issue with a trailer mod I had that was creating AI trailers without my knowledge, perhaps it was conflicting with Jazzycat's packs I have, as well as potentially some map mods, not entirely sure but I won't stipulate further. After I removed the mod, the game got better, there are still some hiccups here and there, yes, they are not gone but they are more tolerable now and don't appear every 5 seconds, it's tolerable now. For those curious minds, the mod that was creating the issues is TZ Trailer Pack.

See, then its not stutter.

And yup, trailer mods (not traffic i mean cargo packs and frigther/owned trailer mods and such) can cause huge performance problems if not polished and error-free, they are spawned in companies when you are near the cities, and that is when the problem occurs. Poorly made trailers and not properly updated mods can cause this. And its way more noticeable than other problems happening in other mods that can be almost not noticeable.
