How about this kind of signs? It looks like missing text. But maybe it's just intended to be like this?

is this supposed to only affect stuttgart? because i installed it and put it over all other mods but signs in poland and slovakia still dont have textures for me (i reinstalled promods aswell to see if maybe just one promods file was broken)

Do you use RusMap? The best way to solve your issue is posting your game.log.txt here so we can help you find the culprit.

I do use Rusmap, and it turns out that not only Poland and Slovakia are affected but every area made by promods (except Hungary for some reason) so here I went to Subotica

As far as I know this at your screen is intended. It is an empty sign which should simulate signs that a able to change for case of possible temporary detours.

Like a digital sign, but these are mechanic. With flip able parts like here
