[REL] Caribbean Map for ATS 1.1 by TerraMaps

Aw thank you guys. It's my absolute pleasure. The RoEx community by far is my favorite and it's thanks to you guys that make this map fun, between the community, fan support, comments, Bengan's maps, Arayas' technical support - you all provide the fuel to the fire that will keep this jet engine burning to provide more expansions and content! :) I know you only have a handful of islands and 7 towns/cities in this version, but 1.1 is going to be awesome, we already have progress done in Havana and other areas for 1.1.

Of course my mappers and I are shifting our attention now on Red Sea for the next version, but we have one of our developers still working on Puerto Plata in Dominican Republic. I assure you that these projects will never be abandoned and only keep expanding. At times, progress may slow down due to holidays and life, but it will keep progressing! I have to be honest, Cuba is a lot of fun to map and make in ATS! Havana is going to be epic!

For now, enjoy Nassau, Freeport, and Guantanamo Bay! :)

@Bengan : that was a funny expression, but my favorite one is still the "Happy as Hell" one and your counterargument, "have you ever seen the devil not happy?" :D so I hope this map makes you happy as hell as much as your background map made us mappers in the Caribbean happy as hell LOL

Some bugs were found on High and Ultra settings in regards to the shadows on AI traffic in 1.39 for Caribbean Map. This version fixes that.
Replace it in your load order.
