where are the people telling me Poland Rebuilding was made for both 1.44 and 1.45 like thats possible?

Answer:
The people are there:

and they say PR is compatible to Ets2 1.45 (in MM it looks like that too)
And for Promods they say: When PM 2.62 is officially updated, you may need to download an additional FIX file without having to download the entire mod.

So we can be curious about what will come of it.
