I have a crash (CTD) at two different locations in Aktobe (The Great Steppe). I know that The Great Steppe officially is not updated for ETS2 v1.43, so a crash somewhere in The Great Steppe was always a possibility. I even don't know whether someone is maintaining The Great Steppe, or that it is in fact a dead mod. Anyway, I've tested The Great Steppe with different map mods, and it seems that The Great Steppe somehow is not compatible with RusMap, despite the fix for RusMap and The Great Steppe ("Fix The Great Steppe - RusMap_2.4.3").

I've used a test profile and ended up with only the following mods in this load order:
- RusMap-def_v2.43.1
- RusMap Map_v2.43.1
- RusMap-model_v2.43.1
- RusMap-model2_v2.43.1
- GS143fix
- Fix The Great Steppe - RusMap_2.4.3
- The Great Steppe English City Names
- The Great Steppe - def (v2.0)
- The Great Steppe - map (v2.0)
- The Great Steppe - model (v2.0)
I didn't use any other mods, not even a tiny mod or a background mod; only the mods mentioned above.

The first location of the crash: (sec+0040-0011);162002;181.34;-41439.2;0.720505;-0.11959
It only crashes when you drive northbound; when you drive southbound on this road you will not crash.
Also, the game log doesn't contain any info about the cause of the crash: it ends with: ...and just a second later the crash happened.

There is a second location where a crash occur: (sec+0040-0011);160903;181.294;-40384.3;1.11794;-0.136002
When you drive northbound, just before the IKEA you will crash. But... not with the mods mentioned before. If I recall correct the crash will happen in a map combo with ProMods, RoExtended, RusMap and The Great Steppe (including the usual road connection(s) and fixes).

As the crashes occur in Aktobe it clearly is a problem with The Great Steppe, not with RusMap. Is there a way that those crashes can be fixed, or does the Great Steppe need an update? Or should we not use the Great Steppe anymore, as it is a dead mod from now on? I've also read somewhere that The Great Steppe might be taken over by TerraMaps, but I don't think that was an official statement.

@Vinnie Terranova - The Great Steppe is now under the authority of ProMods. Time will tell what the ProMods team will show in the future on this map.

Fix for the map 'The Great Steppe'
The reason for its appearance is departures (massive and random) in Aktobe.
The fix is ​​a two-in-one:
1. Cure for departure (problematic prefabs found and replaced)
2. This fix includes assets from 'Fix RusMap_2.4.3-TGS), and therefore it can (and should be disabled).

Oh wow! Big thanks for this new fix!! I really appreciate it! So, in fact The Great Steppe by itself is not compatible with ETS2 v1.43, which was a possibility as I said in my previous post.

Thanks to you we still can use The Great Steppe, and especially Aktobe, because a lot of routes from West Europe to SibirMap will go through Aktobe.
