After quick translation with Google, the changes to the older version:

The surroundings of Kursk have been partially reworked.
A completely rebuilt customs inspection point on the M1 highway (Moscow - Minsk) has been added (thanks to the author of Belgorod).
Fixed traffic lights in the city of Stroitel.
The grass cover has been replaced almost all over the map.
New signs added in St. Petersburg.
The map assets include the National Guard mod (authored by Agent47).
Work has been done on the bugs found.

any idea's when the m11 highway will be finnished? i cant stand the m10 anymore

There's a fix for a gap issue between RusMap 246.2 and Southern Region 12
Check the first post on Truck Sim Club for the fix.
