It's ok if you don't have a problem with a lot of rain. It's just that I want to drive there without rain. And without superslippery roads. Especially those slippery roads make the map unplayable for me.
Re: [REL]Road to Africa 1.0 by TerraMaps
I have already driven the whole Africa map.It was playable despite the slippery roads.

Yes some parts have rain hard-coded.Vinnie Terranova wrote: ↑July 20th, 2023, 2:36 pmDoes RTAF have hard-coded rain? When driving in the southern parts of RTAF I've a lot of rain with low visibility. Roads are also very slippery. Yet I've set the Rain Probability to 0 in gameplay options, so I shouldn't have rain...
Because in the sub sahara it is always raining.
But we are re-evaluating the settings.

Re: [REL]Road to Africa 1.0 by TerraMaps
What about freights within the continent, i would suggest freights mainly from the ports inbound, and freights from the inner land to the ports. What would be imho more realistic than freigts to far away european destinations, and it should be possible to find at least one freight in every city (not necessary in every company).
Interested to see the further directions this map develops to (Lagos, Freetown or Windhook and Johannesburg).

That would require that me make a seperate list of Africa only companys.Tomsun66 wrote: ↑July 22nd, 2023, 2:08 amWhat about freights within the continent, i would suggest freights mainly from the ports inbound, and freights from the inner land to the ports. Something we can consider for the future
